Putting Down Smartphones to Make Eye Contact: Shincheonji Gwacheon Church Hosts "Daddy, Let’s Play!" Family Picnic

In an age dominated by standardized toys and digital screens, a heartwarming scene unfolded at Chomakgol Ecological Park in Gyeonggi Province. On May 23rd, the Gwacheon Church of the John Tribe of Shincheonji successfully hosted "Daddy, Let’s Play!"—a special family picnic designed to strengthen the bonds between fathers and their children through raw, screen-free interaction. Screen-Free Joy in the Great Outdoors The event welcomed approximately 30 families , including preschoolers and elementary students, who stepped away from their busy routines to embrace nature. The program was carefully curated to encourage physical touch and teamwork: The Treasure Hunt: Children and fathers navigated forest paths and bushes hand-in-hand, fostering a shared sense of achievement as they uncovered hidden slips of paper. [Movie] The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013)

Have you ever daydreamed?
Do you like daydreaming?

This movie is about a daydreamer Walter Mitty who goes on an adventure to find the missing negative #25.

Walter has never been anywhere or done anything special other than living his plain daily life. However, this adventure is making Walter walk outside his own box and discover a new "Walter."

Here are some lines from the movies that I would like to share.

"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other and to feel. That is the purpose of life."

"Live life by the abc's... adventure, bravery and creativity."

"Life is about courage and going into the unknown."

I believe that this movie offers viewers to think about their innerself.

We all have dreams but most of us easily put that dreams away to live a daily life to fulfill small things that might not be the essence of life.
What is just ahead of us seems so big and important that we don't take bigger steps to fulfill what we really want to do in our life.

What is the "true" purpose of your life?
What kind of life do you want to live?
What is your definition of life?

I hope everyone takes time to think about life and come up with their own definition of life after watching this movie.
