[Event] 2023 Namsan Night Walk

I would like to introduce one of fun night activities you can do in Seoul during the summer time!

2023 Namsan Night Walk invites people to enjoy beautiful night view and mood of Namsan, avoding heatwave of summer during the day time. Walking course starts at Baekbeom Square and finishes at Octagonal Pavilion Square. Entire course is approximately 6km and it will take about 90 minutes. A storyteller will guide you with the past and present story of Namsan while walking. For beer-lovers, you can look foward to have a glass of cold beer when reaching the top! Upon completing the walk, a certificate of completion and a medal will be provided.

Dates: August 19th, 26th, and September 2nd (Saturday)

Depature Time: 17:30/ 18:30/ 19:30/ 20:00/ 20:30

Ticket Price: 50,000won

Subject: Anyone older than 19years old

Meeting Place: Namsan Park Baekbeon Square (724m from Subway line 1&4 Seoul Station exit #8 or 515m from Subway line 4 Hoeheyon Station exit #4) 

Course (6km/about 90min.): Baekbeom Square → Educational Research Information Center → Samsuni Sairway → Waryong Grave → Seokrojeong → South Entrance Road → Octagonal Pavilion Square

Shincheonji Busan Church: Sharing Life Through Blood Donation

Spreading Love and Hope with a Drop of Blood The Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Busan James Tribe) in Busan recently made headlines with a meaningful blood donation campaign. This effort came in response to a request from the Korean Red Cross Busan Blood Center, addressing the urgent blood supply crisis caused by the recent respiratory illness outbreak and the holiday season. The campaign took place outside the Busan Church, utilizing a blood donation bus. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan 26th 2025, more than 10 church members participated every hour, showcasing a united effort by people of all ages.
