Pantone is a globally recognized institute providing color insights and solutions. Set for London Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week, Pantone released 2024 S/S seasons color. Let’s take a look at colors for 2024.

 According to the Pantone Fashion Color Trend Report Spring 2024, desire to express personal authenticity and value come to the forefront of fashion with multi-faceted colors. While pursuing calm and familiar comfort given in the simpler time, joyful and positive feelings are highlighted with the “eclectic mix of vibrant hues, nature inspired tones and reliable core heritage shades” in Sprint 2024’s colors.

 Pantone introduced top colors for each Fashion Week. For New York, top ten standout colors and five new classics are introduced. Colors included in the NYFW Spring 2024 color palettes are

Pantone’s color gets attention every year globally. The reason behind this is because Pantone is the first to develop the color formula with number and symbol. When Pantone started its business in 1950s, it noticed that each manufacturer came with different color of ink even if they requested the same color. In order to have consistency in specific color, they created 500 colors using 10 base colors and gave each color symbol and number. As many industry utilized this color system, Pantone became a renowned color institute. Wonder how 2024 colors will apply in different industries!
