Shincheonji Thaddaeus Tribe Opens Church Doors for 20 Years, Strengthening Community in Jeonju

The Shincheonji Thaddaeus Tribe (Doma Tribe) in Jeonju has continued a long-running community engagement initiative, keeping its church facilities open to local residents for nearly two decades. Located in Palbok-dong, Jeonju, the Shincheonji Thaddaeus Tribe Jeonju Church recently hosted another “Open Sanctuary” event, transforming its lobby into a welcoming space for neighborhood interaction. Residents gathered to enjoy busking performances, exchange handwritten message cards, and share tea in a relaxed setting. According to the church, the initiative is not a one-time event but part of a 20-year tradition of lowering physical and social barriers between religious facilities and the surrounding community. [Gwangju] Shincheonji Bible Seminar - 144,000 and the Multitude in White That Will Be Saved

Gwang in Gwangju means light and Ju means province. The province of light, Gwangju, was the last destination for October Shincheonji's Bible seminar. '144,000 and the Multitude in White That Will Be Saved' was the title of the seminar. Chairman Lee logically explained people subject to salvation and the steps for completing salvation in Revelation.

As many people know, Jesus came 2,000 years ago to give salvation. That is why believers think that they are saved because they believe in savior Jesus Christ. However, Chairman Lee made a point about salvation which awakened me. Chairman Lee questioned the attendees, "Jesus passed away on the cross to solve the problem of sin why are people still dying?" I never thought that it was contradicting to say that we are saved but still consider death as a natural thing. The Bible tells us that the wages of sin is death and God gave us a gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ. Then if people are still dying, it means that sin is not solved.

Chairman Lee said that Revelation is the last work of God and that there are steps for salvation. Salvation is only through these steps and once these steps are completed, that is when we can say that there is salvation. Because these steps are mentioned in the Revelation, we must know the Revelation. And only way we can understand and know Revelation is by listening and acknowledging the testimony of the witness who saw and heard the entire book of Revelation and even ate the open scroll (fullfilled reality of Revelation).

Even if there is anything good, if that is not for me, it is meaningless. Even if salvation and eternal life is the greatest thing a person can have, if that is not for me, it is pointless. Thus, I must do whatever it takes to get the salvation. That is why I thought that I must completely master the book of Revelation to achieve salvation. This is very serious thing as it is about life and death. Thus, I should not risk it but to meet the person who ate the book of Revelation and witness fulfilled realities of Revelation. How about you? Are you brave enough to risk your life and ignore Revelation?
