The Revelation Gospel: A New Wave of Faith Awakens in Pohang

The city of Pohang has recently become the epicenter of an extraordinary spiritual revival, as the teachings of the Bible's Revelation are drawing significant attention. Known as the "Revelation Gospel," this movement emphasizes understanding and fulfilling the prophecies within the book of Revelation as the ultimate pathway to salvation.

On January 19 2025, a remarkable gathering of over 2,000 members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus took place at the Pohang Church of the Thaddaeus Tribe. This special service was graced by Shincheonji’s Chariman Chairman Lee Man-Hee, who delivered a powerful message about the fulfillment of Revelation and the responsibilities of those who have received the "seal" of God.

The Significance of Revelation Today

Chairman Lee emphasized the importance of the book of Revelation, stating that for 2,000 years, no one on earth has fully understood its meaning or seen its fulfillment—until now. He declared that the prophecies written in Revelation have become reality in what he called the "era of fulfillment," marking the end of a corrupt spiritual era and the creation of a new one.

Citing Revelation 22:18-19, he warned against altering or adding to the scripture and called for genuine faith that aligns with God's word. Chairman Lee also highlighted that Revelation's fulfillment leads to the creation of a new spiritual nation, symbolized by the 12 tribes of Shincheonji. These tribes represent those who have been "harvested, sealed, and created" according to the prophecy.

A Call to Action for Believers

The service resonated deeply with attendees, many of whom described it as a transformative experience. The congregation responded with enthusiasm, pledging to spread the Revelation Gospel to the world. A special highlight of the event was a collective commitment by the members to share the message and bear "fruits of faith" by engaging in active evangelism.

One attendee shared his emotional experience, saying, “Hearing the Chairman’s words filled me with gratitude and determination. I realize the importance of living by God’s word and helping others find the same truth.”

Another participant expressed admiration for the clarity and logic of Shincheonji’s teachings. He stated, “Shincheonji provides answers that other churches cannot. This is why so many young people are drawn to this faith—it’s a place where the Bible’s truths come alive.”

This year, Shincheonji Church of Jesus marked its 41st anniversary, declaring it the “Year of Love and Blessings.” The church aims to manifest God’s blessings by sharing the Revelation Gospel worldwide and transforming the lives of individuals and communities.
