Shincheonji Chairman Man Hee Lee’s Powerful Message in Gwangju: The Fulfillment of Revelation

On March 26, 2025, Chairman Man Hee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus delivered a powerful message at the Peter Tribe’s Gwangju Church during a Wednesday worship service. Speaking before more than 30,000 attendees, including pastors, believers, and journalists, he underscored the necessity of correctly understanding and believing in the Book of Revelation. He warned that altering or disregarding its prophecies would prevent even theology scholars from entering heaven.

As part of his nationwide tour to testify to the fulfillment of Revelation, Chairman Lee emphasized that these prophecies are not distant or symbolic but are actively being fulfilled today. He challenged pastors and believers to examine the evidence for themselves and embrace the truth based on the Word

The Call to Recognize the Fulfillment of Revelation

Chairman Lee stressed that for 2,000 years, the prophecy of Revelation remained unfulfilled, but today, its events are taking place. He urged all believers, including pastors, to confirm the evidence and align their faith accordingly. Shincheonji, he declared, is the only place where the fulfilled realities of Revelation are being testified.

The service was filled with anticipation and reverence as attendees listened intently. Many expressed their eagerness to deepen their understanding of the Word and witness its fulfillment firsthand.

Emphasizing a Bible-Centered Faith

Chairman Lee urged believers to reflect on their own faith: “Who am I according to the Book of Revelation? Have I truly been created according to Revelation?” He firmly stated that those who add to or take away from Revelation’s prophecies cannot enter heaven, referencing Revelation 22:18-19.

His criticism of today’s church leaders was sharp, pointing out that, just as the religious leaders of the Old Testament era did not recognize the fulfillment of prophecy, many pastors today remain unaware of Revelation’s fulfillment. He challenged them to seek the truth instead of relying on traditions.

To resolve misunderstandings and determine the true interpretation of the Bible, Chairman Lee once again proposed an open Bible exam. This challenge has received significant attention, with many pastors expressing their willingness to participate. Some admitted that hearing Shincheonji’s explanation of Revelation brought them clarity and conviction they had never experienced before.

Shincheonji’s Continued Growth and Global Outreach

The Gwangju Church, which began in 1986 with just ten believers, has grown rapidly and now serves as the headquarters for the Peter Tribe. The church continues to expand its influence both domestically and internationally, spreading the message of Revelation’s fulfillment to countries such as Australia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Colombia, and Georgia.

Shincheonji remains committed to its mission of sharing the truth of the Bible and guiding believers to a faith rooted in the Word. Chairman Lee’s message in Gwangju serves as a powerful call for all believers to examine the fulfillment of Revelation and stand firmly in God’s truth.
