United in Truth: Global Religious Leaders Conclude the 3rd Global Invitation Revelation Seminar
“Different Languages, Different Faiths — Yet One in the Truth”
The sound of applause echoed under the clear autumn sky as more than 500 religious leaders from 61 countries stood together, proclaiming, “We Are One.”
From pastors and monks to imams and rabbis, they came to Korea to join the 3rd Global Invitation Revelation Seminar, hosted by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, and left united by a single purpose — peace through truth.
A Global Gathering for Understanding and Peace
The closing ceremony was held on November 1 at the Peace Training Center in Cheongpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, marking the conclusion of a three-day seminar that began on October 30 in Cheongju.
A total of 521 religious leaders representing 61 countries — including Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, and Confucianism — took part.
The seminar’s theme, “The Path of Understanding Led by the Bible, The Path of Peace Walked by All Religions,” guided participants through a journey of dialogue, reflection, and spiritual discovery centered on the Book of Revelation.
Through lectures, interactive programs, and interfaith discussions, they sought to understand how God’s will is being fulfilled today and how scripture can serve as a bridge across religions.
Life-Changing Encounters With the Word
One of the speakers, Pastor Jorge Boher from Brazil, shared how the program transformed his ministry:
“Through this exchange of the Word, I found a turning point in my pastoral life.
I promised to share this message with my congregation — and I did.
A new history is being written in Brazil.”
Another participant testified,
“Religious harmony is no longer just an ideal.
We’ve seen with our own eyes that peace among faiths is possible.
May each of us return home as messengers of peace.”
Their voices carried across the field lined with flags from every continent — a symbol of faiths uniting under one purpose.
Messages From Chairman Man Hee Lee
During the closing lecture, Chairman Man Hee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus emphasized the importance of accurately understanding and teaching scripture:
“If we truly are shepherds, we must confirm the evidence of the New Testament’s fulfillment and deliver it to our congregations.
To those of other faiths, I ask you to confirm God’s will of peace contained in Revelation and walk together on this path.”
He encouraged the leaders to continue meeting, sharing, and discovering new understanding through dialogue — urging them to “achieve peace, the hope of God and of all humanity.”
Peace in Action: Testimonies From Around the World
Among the speakers was Venerable Sok Bunteun, Director of the Department of Higher Buddhist Education under Cambodia’s National Buddhist Education Council.
Since attending the 2nd Revelation Seminar, he has hosted inter-religious peace lectures at home, drawing hundreds of attendees.
“This is not just a gathering — it is a living testimony that religious and social leaders have chosen peace through real action,”
he said, adding that the experience in Korea laid the foundation for greater steps toward peace.
“The Word Is the Key That Unites All Religions”
From India, Deben Bachaspatimayum, a representative from the northeastern state of Manipur, shared his realization:
“I once thought the history of the Bible belonged only to Jerusalem,
but through this seminar, I learned that the fulfillment of Revelation is taking place in Korea today.
I’m convinced this is God’s plan, and that this living Word is the key to uniting all religions.”
He expressed his wish to bring the teachings to Manipur — a region marked by religious tension — to foster communication and peace among faith communities.
Other participants echoed similar feelings:
“Being among people of different faiths, I realized that the truth can truly gather everyone together.
Despite our differences in religion, race, and culture, the Word made us one.”
Beyond Dialogue — Toward a Culture of Peace
Throughout the seminar, leaders experienced Bible lectures, a Revelation Knowledge Contest, an Interfaith Prayer Gathering, and Round-Table Talks on spreading a culture of peace. Many described the experience as education in action — learning not just about religion, but how to live its purpose.
At the end, all participants signed a Peace Resolution, pledging to share the Word and fulfill their mission as guides who lead others toward salvation and harmony.
They were appointed as Honorary Bible Teachers — a title symbolizing their responsibility to continue peace work in their own countries.
A Flame of Peace That Continues to Spread
From the temples of Cambodia to the churches of Brazil and the villages of India, the message of the Global Invitation Revelation Seminar is already bearing fruit.
What began in Korea as a dialogue through the Bible has become a global movement proving that truth can unite what history has divided.
As the leaders shouted “We Are One,” the flame of peace lit in Cheongju and Cheongpyeong now burns in hearts around the world — a reminder that peace is not just a dream, but a mission shared by all who walk in the truth.
