In an age dominated by standardized toys and digital screens, a heartwarming scene unfolded at Chomakgol Ecological Park in Gyeonggi Province. On May 23rd, the Gwacheon Church of the John Tribe of Shincheonji successfully hosted "Daddy, Let’s Play!"—a special family picnic designed to strengthen the bonds between fathers and their children through raw, screen-free interaction. Screen-Free Joy in the Great Outdoors The event welcomed approximately 30 families , including preschoolers and elementary students, who stepped away from their busy routines to embrace nature. The program was carefully curated to encourage physical touch and teamwork: The Treasure Hunt: Children and fathers navigated forest paths and bushes hand-in-hand, fostering a shared sense of achievement as they uncovered hidden slips of paper. [Life] Do you know Kimbap?

Have you heard of K-culture terms such as K-pop, K-culture, and K-drama?
These are the terms used to describe Korean cultures that are popular around the world.

Recently, Kimbap went viral in the U.S. 'Trader Joe's', an American grocery chain store, has started to offer fresh and frozen kimbap. Kimbap a common Korean food which is rice rools wrapped in seaweed. Trader Joe's Kimbap became so popular that it is selling out really fast. Lots of reviews are uploaded on TikTok and X where many customers express that they want to buy it again as it is delicious and affordable.

Trader Joe's Kimbap is exported from a Korean food company. This kimbap is made up with assorted vegetables and braised tofu wrapped in a layer of rice and seaweed. At the price of $3.99 you can enjoy healthy meal. The reason why it is provided in a frozen form is to preserve texture and to minimize preservatives.  In Korea, kimbaps are normally made with different fillings such as tuna, port, beef, chicken, cheese and so on.

Vegetarians and people who are pursuing glutton free meal have high expectation for this kimbap as this is vegetable based food. Many people are hoping to try this new product but it seems that it is quite challenging as it is sold out so quickly.

Class 116 Graduates Share Warmth Through Kimchi: A Winter of Giving in the Peter and Andre Tribes

As winter settles in and the year comes to a close, many people begin to feel the cold more deeply—especially seniors living alone, neighbors with disabilities, and those who have served the nation. To bring warmth and comfort to these communities, graduates of Zion Christian Mission Center Class 116 from both the Andre Tribe and the Peter Tribe stepped forward for a special act of love: kimchi sharing.
