A Special Day in Jeongeup: Chairman Lee’s Visit and the Message of Revelation

On April 13, 2025, something truly meaningful happened in Jeongeup, South Korea. Chairman Man Hee Lee of the Shincheonji Church of Jesus visited the newly built Jeongeup Church of the Thomas Tribe to deliver a powerful sermon during the dedication service.

From early morning, the church was filled with excitement. Over 5,000 Shincheonji members, local pastors, and even people from other religions gathered to hear the Word. Many came from far away, with bright faces and hopeful hearts, ready to listen to the message of Revelation.

Revelation: The Fulfilled Promise

During the service, Chairman Lee shared a deep message focused on the Book of Revelation, which he called “the most important promise in the Bible.” He explained that Revelation is no longer a mystery—it is being fulfilled right now, and all believers must understand this to truly follow God's will.

He urged everyone, especially pastors, not to ignore Revelation. “If anyone adds to or takes away from the words of this book, they cannot enter heaven,” he said, referring to the warnings in Revelation 22. Chairman Lee reminded everyone that knowing and keeping the fulfilled word is key to receiving salvation.

Chairman Lee also emphasized that the New Heaven and New Earth, as written in Revelation 21, is being fulfilled. He asked everyone to reflect: “Are we truly born of the word of God? Only those created by the word will be acknowledged in heaven.”

Several pastors who attended the event also shared their thoughts. One said, “I studied theology for many years and spent over a decade praying for understanding, but only through Shincheonji did I find the truth I was looking for.” Another pastor added, “Chairman Lee teaches clearly, without even looking at a Bible. It’s because the word is already written in his heart.”

Chairman Lee closed by saying, “Just as people came to believe in Jesus long ago, soon the world will come to know the fulfillment of Revelation. Let’s leave behind false teachings and return to the truth.”

His message continues to awaken hearts and guide many toward the light of God's promises.

Jeongeup Church: A Well of Hope

The Jeongeup Church, which began with just 17 members, has now grown into the largest church in the area. One member said, “I’ve been waiting for this dedication for so long. Hearing Chairman Lee speak in person gave me strength and renewed my faith.”

This dedication service wasn’t just about opening a new church building—it was a celebration of faith, fulfillment, and the bright future ahead. As the name “Jeongeup” includes the character for “well,” the church hopes to become a wellspring of life and hope for the local community.
